I have often wondered how the mind works of a doggie mom.  They are such diligent and protective mothers.  What do they think?  What do they feel?

I peaked in on Annie and her babies last week and this is what I saw…

I thought it was just the sweetest, Bing wanting to be right at his mother’s warm cheek.  I think he is one of those “kids” that just goes straight to your heart!  Annie has to feel love.

On another note, I am not sure what mother dogs think at all!  Let’s take Annie for an example again.  We make sure our mother’s have access to good nutricous food and clean water at all times.  Well, Annie decided twice last week to do some food prep herself.  The hay field has been mowed and Annie finds it a a most exciting hunting grounds!  The first day she came home with a mouse for the family, the next day a dead snake!    I don’t like this kind of doggie mom thinking!

But in all, doggie mom’s have excellent instincts and do a fantastic job!
