It is astounding the number of cheeses you can find in Holland!  I have not found American or Cheddar yet… but plenty of variety for sure!

On Friday we went to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar (check it out here)  It is unbelievable!  It is a reinactment of how the cheese was brought to market, via boats, then judged, weighed and purchased by shop owners.  We of course had to buy some cheese also….Roy’s passion.  And yes, Brig, we got you some.
