Well, if we haven’t bored you too much yet with our trip, we’ll tell you about our Thursday.

Thursday we left Giethorn and visited our friend Petra, on our way to Hengelo.  At Hengelo we met Harry “Sundae” Potter’s family and turned hime over to them. It was hard to say good bye to the little brown ball of fur, because we have spent so much time with him here…. but it is all good.

From there we traveled across the country to visit our friends the Seinstra’s in Valkenswaard.  Miriam is known, now around the world,for her fantastic cooking.  She had been cooking up a storm and we ate well!  We enjoyed visiting with the whole family and seeing how the children are growing and little Katie dog is doing.  Here again, another truly Dutch mode of transportation! For my Dutch friends, we do not have these bikes!  Or these baskets!

From there we headed “home” to Akersloot… with a few side track leads from our GPS… road construction really blowsher mind!
